Eye Pad Types

Adhesive Eye Pad — Self-adhesive border for quick application. Ideal for outpatient procedures.

Non-Adhesive Eye Pad — Soft, absorbent pad requiring tape fixation. Preferred for sensitive skin.

Silicone Eye Pad — Premium silicone adhesive for gentle, secure fixation. Ideal for pediatric and elderly patients.

Shadow Eye Pad — Opaque, light-blocking for complete darkness. Best for post-cataract and photophobia management.

Application Steps

  1. Clean periocular skin thoroughly
  2. Center pad over closed eye
  3. Apply gentle pressure without excessive tension
  4. Ensure complete orbital coverage
  5. Provide aftercare instructions for pad changes
